Cartoon Network and iStoryTime Bring Ben10 and Bakugan To Life on iPhone

Cartoon Network Enterprises (CNE) and iStoryTime, a leading publisher of children's storybooks for the iTunes App Store, has announced a first-time partnership that will bring two of the network's biggest boy brands, Ben 10 and Bakugan, to the iPhone and iPad. Starting today, fans of Cartoon Network's global Ben 10 brand can download their favorite characters and stories in Ben 10 Ultimate Alien Science Friction via the iTunes App Store for the download price of $1.99. Additional titles from Ben 10 Alien Force and Ben 10 Ultimate Alien will also be available.

"As technology continues to evolve and becomes increasingly accessible to our young fans, we're always looking for ways to meet new their demands," said Christina Miller, senior vice president, CNE. "Through this partnership with iStoryTime, the new products for Ben 10 and Bakugan offer a great, creative new way to deliver content that meets our fans' desire in unique and engaging ways."

"We're excited to work with Cartoon Network Enterprises to bring their most popular content to life on the iPhone and iPad," said Woody Sears, co-Founder, iStoryTime. "Ben 10 and Bakugan fans are going to love this new way of connecting with their favorite show."

iStoryTime's online books, which can be downloaded directly to an iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad , are simple to use and known for their creativity, illustrations, narrations and animation. Options for narrations on different stories include voices of adults, kids, and characters, and the narration can also be turned off so that parents can read aloud to their kids. Additional information about the upcoming online book based on Spin Master Ltd. and Nelvana Enterprises' Bakugan brand will be made available in the coming weeks.

Apparently the Ben 10 book is already up for download for $1.99. Anyone want to give that a test run and tell us how it is?
