New Pokemon!

From left to right, Minezumi, Tsutarja, and a new Pokemon. To me, it looks like the smilie face on the new Pokemon is a design placed on it from the Pokemon Musical. If not, that's a very bland Pokemon. A Pokemon with a smilie face. If that is really the Pokemon, they are running out of ideas. What do you guys think?
